The Stucco Firenze finish is inspired by Florentine encaustic painting, a technique imported from Greece and already in use back in ancient Rome. It’s a succession of small brushstrokes with an almost impressionist flavour, recalling Leonardo da Vinci’s teachings on paintings and projects and recommended for generating delicate atmospheric effects.
